our story

Fitava trading srl, founded by Giuseppe Russo, has been distributing high-tech products for every field of use for about 60 years. This diversification has also been possible thanks to the presence of his son Pierluigi in the company since 1988. To date, Fitava has expanded its sectors by specialising increasingly in water treatment, air, steam and industrial automation.

The strengthening of the sales network and the need to guarantee more timely deliveries further highlighted the need for a structure dedicated to logistics, which is why the Nocera Inferiore (Sa) facility was opened in 2000.

Fitava has a wealth of experience in plant engineering and factory automation, trading with leading process and automation companies.

The company’s philosophy and ethical values have been materialised through the design of the new premises, which was opened this year, a perfect fusion of sensitivity and sustainability, combining energy saving, renewable sources and love for the planet.

In addition to the new offices, the former 20th century industrial building features demo-technical rooms, an electronic laboratory for testing and calibration, and a vertical garden visible from the focal points of the company, as if to underline its “green heart”.

The “philosophy” that underpins the design of Fitava Trading’s new premises is rooted in the strong ambition coupled with the humble and determined approach of the proprietors, supported by the meticulous design by the architect, Pasquale Ferrentino. The site was an industrial building from the second half of the 20th century, blind on three sides, with no natural lighting from the roof, and with a huge green concrete floor throughout, offering unlimited potential.
